The Summer Swing Series
Summer Swing Series - Free Concerts All Summer Long!
Free concerts are performed on the beautifully restored bandstand in Kennedy Park (locally known as the Prom) all summer long. Dates planned for 2010 Summer Swing Events are the 29th April, 30th May, 24th July and 29th August. Coinciding with Cobh's frequent liner visits, the Cobh and Harbour Chamber offer an exciting & varied programme of free entertainment for all - especially on Sundays! Special dates are included in the Summer Swing Series every year when a full day’s entertainment is planned to include family fun events, food/arts/crafts stalls and live musical performances all day.

The Cobh Peoples Regatta 14th – 16th August
Three fun filled days of free entertainment for all the family!
A huge array of fun events, sailing and rowing races takes place with dancing, food & craft stalls and live music. Friday features the Festival Queens, races, busking, live music & dancing. Saturday is Kiddies day with fancy dress and the mini queens. Sunday – the free family day, will see the tug of war, crab fishing, trawler racing, parades, presentations, dancing and more – all culminating in a magnificent fireworks display.

44th Cobh International Deep Sea Angling Festival 6th - 10th September 2010
On the chase for some deep sea catches over 5 days!
If you're contemplating an angling break in 2010 why not consider the Cobh International Deep Sea Angling Festival. This festival is held over 5 days in early September with 4 competitive days and 1 fun day out. Fishing is both within and outside Cork Harbour and the standard and variety of fishing is quite exceptional

Cobh Blues Experience 24th – 26th Sept 2010
Blockbuster Blues All Over Town!
Cobh comes alive to the rhythm of the blues with bands playing in 8 pubs plus all the hotels in Cobh for 3 whole days! Saturday will be a family day with live music playing on the Prom and many other features including music workshops for minors at the Sirius Arts Centre.
